#2 Spring Greek Festival

augusta greek festivalHoly Trinity Greek Orthodox Church is proud to announce the 27th Annual Spring Greek
Festival.

It will be held this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 13th through the 15th.

Tons of volunteers will put in long hours to transform our church property (located at 953 Telfair Street in downtown Augusta) into a small Greek village, hoping to bring a little bit of Greece to many who may never see it any other way!

There will be free food, lots of fun and games for everyone.

#3 Latino Americans: A Celebration

Enjoy a sweet ending to the Augusta University Libraries’ Latino Americans: 500 Years of History series with stories from Hispanic/Latino community members, entertainment, and dessert this coming Sunday, May 15, 2016, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Join the Columbia County Arts Council for our annual Art in the Park! Artists and artisans will showcase their talents at this festival highlighting the visual and performing arts in Columbia County. This year’s event will include performances by several local performers, a
variety of arts vendors, our annual sidewalk chalk contest, demonstrations for adults, and lots of activities for kids. Art in the Park 2016 is free and open to the public.
