Celebrating Tradition: Krewe of the Knights of Sant’ Yago
For over 50 years, the Krewe of the Knights of Sant’ Yago has been a beacon of tradition, bringing together over 100 organizations to celebrate Tampa’s Latin heritage. Each February, the streets of Ybor City come alive with costumed guests, marching bands, and decorative floats.
Majestic Display: The Royal Court
Featuring 250 professional cast members, including Rey and Reina, the Royal Court of Damas de la Corte, Courtesanos, and more, the parade showcases the grandeur of Tampa’s Latin culture. It’s a night filled with pageantry and excitement for all who attend.
Prime Viewing: Knight Parade Bleacher Seats
For an enhanced viewing experience, guests can reserve Knight Parade Bleacher Seats for $30. With four sections to choose from, including prime spots in front of Gaspar’s Grotto, Sunday’s Delicatessen, and the Columbia Centennial Museum, spectators can enjoy an unobstructed view of the procession.
Parade Route, Road Closures and Pre-Parade Events
Starting at 1 p.m., parking will be prohibited along the parade route. Ensure your vehicles are relocated from 7th Avenue to avoid fines or towing.
By 2 p.m., 7th Avenue, Nick Nuccio Parkway, and most cross streets will begin closing to prepare for the parade. The last cross streets to close along 7th Avenue include 15th, 21st, and 22nd Streets.
The parade commences at Nick Nuccio Parkway and 7th Avenue, proceeding eastward past 22nd Street where it concludes.
A designated disabled viewing area is located on 7th Avenue, just east of 16th Street on the south side.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to partake in pre-parade events and indulge in the local food and drink offerings of Ybor City.

Special Guests: A Star-Studded Lineup
The 2024 Knight Parade features WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair as Grand Marshal, joined by esteemed figures like Baron Jimmy Piloto, Chairman Joe Parrino, El Rey, and La Reina, adding excitement to the event.
