Charleston residents – get ready for some potential window rattling jet noise this week.
From Monday to Friday this week, there will be an unusual increase in airplane training exercises by the 20th Fighter Wing from Shaw Air Force Base. These exercises will take place at the South Carolina Electronic Weapons Range (SCEWR).
Around 12 F-16 Fighting Falcons will be involved in several training missions between midnight and 8 a.m., primarily along the coast near Charleston.
