Keep your workouts short: Workouts that last 1 hour certainly not conducive to muscle growth. Muscle actually grows and repairs away from the gym to eat and sleep and fights when you’re active. Therefore your workouts should be under 60 minutes to can help you train hard, but not break down a loads of muscle.
