FOUNTAIN HILLS REAL ESTATE – SEARCH FOR HOMES & CONDOS FOR SALE!

Fountain Hills is a popular location for those searching for real estate with a quaint small town environment. The town borders Scottsdale and sits at a higher elevation than the rest of the Valley, so it is a little cooler and a lot cleaner (doesn’t possess the congestion and pollution) than a lot of it’s nearby communities. The population of Fountain Hills is only about Twenty two,489 ( 2010 census) people and I would have to speculate that approximately a quarter of those are snowbirds, The town draws in a lot of retirees, even though we don’t have the energetic adult communities like in other parts of the valley, there is still plenty to do. The majority of residents enjoy living here simply because it is away from the hustle and afflication of Scottsdale but still close enough to enjoy Scottsdale’s features. Fountain Hills is very convenient to Sky Harbor airport and to all the shopping and restaurants in old town Scottsdale and Kierland Mall, all which can be arrived at in under 30 minutes.
