Set against the backdrop of the Convention Center, ‘The Battle of the Bay’ promises an adrenaline-packed experience for spectators. From helicopters to drones, scuba divers to ATVs, and much more, the demonstration will showcase the prowess of military forces in action.

Part of the annual Special Operations Forces Week conference, this thrilling event has attracted thousands to Tampa. Over 170 USSOCOM and international service members from ten nations will defend Tampa from ‘hostile invaders’ in the mock scenario.

South Franklin Street, from Channelside Drive to the Westin Hotel, will be closed due to the presence of equipment and vehicles. Detours are available via Beneficial Drive to access Harbour Island.
