Nashville is about to witness her first snow of the season, just in time for a white New Years!
A cold upper-level low is moving into our region later this week, bringing likely flurries on Friday.
The weather is about to get messy: cold and rainy with some snow mixed in and even accumulating in some places. Since we can't do anything about it, I say come on people now, smile on your brother. Everybody get together, try to love this weather right now. pic.twitter.com/QE1XZGK3Td

Snow showers are expected to heaviest Friday night into early Saturday, starting at 6pm.
The snow will likely melt over the weekend as temperatures rise. For those attending the TransPerfect Music City Bowl, expect cloudy and chilly conditions. New Year’s Eve looks to be milder and dry for the Music City Note drop.
