Amid the ongoing housing crisis in Tampa Bay, a new apartment complex has emerged to provide housing solutions for individuals with very low incomes. Developed by Volunteers of America, this project in Pinellas County has opened its doors to numerous people who were previously experiencing homelessness.

The Innovare apartment complex, located in downtown St. Pete, not only offers housing but also provides comprehensive support services tailored to individual needs. Each fully-furnished unit comes with support from counselors and caseworkers to aid residents in employment and community integration.
