Memorial Day weekend is almost here and Nashville has plenty of ways to celebrate.

Jimmy Buffett first arrived in Nashville 1969 prepared to embark on a recording career, almost 50 years later, he’s back again for another incredible show at the Ascend Amphitheater.

- The Theme: The 1990s, from the music to the fashions
- The Soundtrack: My So Called Band, a ’90s tribute act that recreates hits from the decade that brought boy-bands, alternative, and ska to the mainstream

#3 I Love The 90s: Salt N Pepa, Kid N Play, All 4 One & Young MC
The inaugural edition of I Love The ‘90s Tour invites attendees to reminisce about the trend-setting decade with some of the most iconic, indelible names in rap, hip hop and R&B. All-4-One, Biz Markie, Coolio, Color Me Badd, Kool Moe Dee, Kid ‘n Play, Rob Base, Salt-N-Pepa, Tone Loc, Vanilla Ice and Young MC compose this year’s revolving line-up of iconic ‘90s artists. Each show features upwards of eight performers and promises a lineup that you won’t find anywhere else.
They’ll be playing at the Bridgestone Arena on Friday night at 7:3opm

By popular demand, the Swine and Wine festival is back this season.

#5 Tennessee Renaissance Festival
Travel back to 16th Century England. Our Village of Covington Glen comes alive with the bustle of a Renaissance Marketplace. Over 60 skilled Artisans from all over the country display their wares from silks to swords; from gems to jewels. Flavors, aromas and tastes of specialty foods and drinks greet the festival-goer. Hear the sounds of Renaissance musicians and merrymakers as they echo through the trees.
