Virginia Beach is about to see one of it’s largest gathering of college students in its history. Students from across America are now planning to descend on Virginia Beach for the annual College Beach Weekend, from April 24-26.
Officials are now saying that they expect tens of thousands of college-age people to come to Virginia Beach for during the last weekend in April.
The event is a big boost to the beginning of tourist season – as people spend money on hotels, food and shop at resort strip stores.
