Christopher Shiflet was arrested in Moncks Corner following a traffic stop that led to a massive drug seizure, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO).

On July 3, a BCSO deputy patrolling South Live Oak noticed a vehicle with an obstructed tag. After conducting a traffic stop, the deputy identified the driver as Shiflet, who appeared nervous and jittery.

When Shiflet denied consent for a vehicle search, K9 Odin and his handler conducted a free air sniff, leading to the seizure of:

    • 14.75 grams of Fentanyl
    • 120.42 grams of Methamphetamine
    • 33.82 grams of Cocaine
    • 881 grams of Crack
