Flights News: Allegiant Adds Direct Flights For the Summer

Travelers can now fly from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport to Austin, Texas, and Des Moines, Iowa, thanks to Allegiant’s latest seasonal expansion. These new routes are part of the airline’s expansion across 66 cities in the United States, aiming to meet the anticipated rise in travel demand.

Flights to Austin Bergstrom International Airport will commence on Thursday, offering service twice weekly until August 11. The route will resume in November for the winter season.

Starting Saturday, June 8, flights to Des Moines International Airport will be available once a week. From October, the frequency will increase to twice weekly, providing more options for travelers heading to Iowa.

Allegiant’s expansion ensures that passengers can enjoy affordable, nonstop flights, maximizing their time at their destination without the inconvenience of layovers or connections.
