Lakeland Mayor Bill Mutz cited the Florida Officer Bill of Rights as the reason for withholding the body cam video, stating that the city is conducting an internal investigation.

Hudson is scheduled to appear in juvenile court later this week as the community continues to demand answers and accountability from the Lakeland Police Department.
