Lennar has unveiled plans for the largest pool in the Charleston area, situated within the Summers Corner community in Summerville. The $30 million Club at Summers Corner will feature a 2-acre aquatic amenity at the corner of Clayfield Trail and Summers Drive, boasting four swimming areas, restaurants, water slides, and an adults-only bar with TVs.
New homeowner Carole Morton is particularly excited about the development, keeping a rendering of the pool as her phone backdrop. Set to open next summer, the pool promises diverse attractions for all ages. The main clubhouse will house the Lazy Lagoon pool and the largest restaurant, The Oyster Bar. To the right, the Tiki Hut will offer an adults-only area with a walk-up bar, light snacks, and two TVs.
The Palms will provide additional food options, leading to the Firefly Falls waterslides that have their own pool. Families with young children can enjoy Minnow’s Cove, featuring shallow water, mini-slides, waterfalls, and splash pads. Beachside Bay will offer a relaxing vibe with zero entry and possibly some sand.
Lennar collaborated with various consultants to ensure the pool’s design is inclusive for all residents.
