Selectivity for Child Safety
HCPS maintains stringent criteria for hiring, requiring applicants to:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Possess five years of driving experience.
- Maintain a clean record.
- Undergo drug and alcohol screenings.
- While a CDL license is necessary to begin, the district offers free training to obtain it.
