This weekend, legendary rockers 3 Doors Down will be packing out Charleston’s Credit One Stadium to celebrate their sophomore album, Away From The Sun for the Away From The Sun Anniversary Tour, produced by Live Nation.

The band will be playing all of the songs from the album throughout the performances, plus all of their biggest hits.

#9 Loving Contra Is No Labor Dance

What better way to kick off Labor Day weekend then with homegrown ContraForce and North Carolina’s wonderful Charlotte Crittenden? Bring those dance shoes, a water bottle, and be ready to dance until your feet hurt because you just won’t want to stop!
Ten dollars at the door if you are paying with cash (or $10.50 with Venmo). Everyone welcome, from young to old, new dancer to experienced. Beginner walk through begins at 7:30.

#10 Homegrown At The Point

Charleston’s premiere Happy Hour concert series continues this August and September, featuring all local bands.
Homegrown At The Point is an extension of Charleston’s best and longest running happy hour concert series in town and its only beach party.
This family-friendly event is hosted on the beachfront of Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina every Friday, August 4th – September 8th, 2023 and features live music and plenty of food and drinks. Doors open at 5pm, live music starts at 6pm.
