Downtown Charleston is about to welcome a unique new addition to its nightlife scene with the upcoming opening of Madison Maison, a somewhat revolutionary nightclub and bar at 145 Calhoun St, Suite 201.
The new Charleston project is led by Matt Kenner and Madison Donnan, fiancés and restauranteurs behind Kenner Group, a hospitality company known for Ritual Rooftop, located in Suite 301 of building that Madison Maison will soon open in.

The new second-story venue will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet and will feature distinct areas including a bar and lounge, a standing section, and table seating.
The interior will undergo a significant renovation, with plans for new ceilings, bars, and restrooms. The total project cost is estimated at $500,000.
