One of our countries greatest heros, Kyle Stoeckli, originally from Chesterfield, VA, is about to be honored in a truly incredible way. Chesterfield county is about dedicate an entire bridge in his honor.
Kyle Stoeckli valiantly severed in Afghanistan shortly after graduating high school, but was tragically killed by an IED, just a few days before he was set to return home.
That love is being shown now two years later with a special dedication. The Woolridge Road bridge over the Swift Creek Reservoir will be named after Kyle, something his mother Sonja says will carry his legacy for many decades to come.
