Police are now asking for the public’s help in finding the driver of gold Pontiac Montana minivan who shot and seriously injured a Tazewell County man on highway 77.
At roughly 5:27 am this past Friday, a 40-year-old Tazewell County man was shot in his burgundy Toyota Corolla on I-77 near mile marker 63.

After the driver of the van began shooting, they sped off north on I-77 towards West Virginia.
The Tazewell County man who was shot is now being treated for non-life threatening injuries at Wytheville Community Hospital.
