Smashley’s Burger Bar, a new culinary venture by Victor and Ashley Valdivieso of Victor’s Lab food truck, is finally set to open in North Charleston on February 5th after more than a year of delays.
Their new permanent location will be at 5401 Netherby Lane.
The new ‘smashburger’ will offer a variety of beef burgers, including the popular O.G. from Victor’s Lab, alongside new creations like the Bleu Corvette and the Hey Zeus!. The menu also features options for non-beef eaters, such as the Hot Asian Chick chicken sandwich and the vegetarian-friendly Southern Buddha cauliflower patty.
In addition to burgers, Smashley’s serves starters like Zucchini Chips and Chicken Empanadas, as well as lighter rice bowl options. The family-friendly eatery also provides a selection of local beers, seltzers, ciders, and soft drinks.
Operating hours will be Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm, Fridays from 11 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm, and Saturdays from 11 am to 10 pm, with the restaurant closed on Sundays.
