Charleston’s New Cooper River Farms Development Is Changing How We Think About Low-Country Living

One of Charleston’s newest developments in the heart of Daniel Island is attempting to become a new model for low-country living. The new community was built on an old farm, and did everything possible to keep the same atmosphere, even down to the community’s mascot, “Waylon”.

I filmed a quick video of the community showing it’s amenities, atmosphere, and included some drone footage for that extra pop:

I discovered that that one of Circa’s most important success factors was the community it developed.

Every resident I talked to commented about how welcoming and helpful the staff and other residents have been. They told me there are always community events happening and very pet friendly – so much so that the staff knows most of the pets in the community by name.

Check them out on their website here, or on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
