Via Properties, who recently purchased the Rotterdam Square Mall, have just announced their plans to build a massive new $10 million aquarium inside of it.
They are an Instanbul-based developer with a proven track record of massive mall redevelopments around the world, especially with malls in Turkey.
The company purchased the Rotterdam Square Mall, as well as over 30 of its other storefronts, including a former Macy’s from local real estate investor Mehran Kohansiek.
