Rock Hill Fire MuseumThe Rock Hill Fire Department just completed an impressive new museum in downtown that’s dedicated to the RHFD. It’s centerpiece is a full-restored 1924 original firetruck that was one of the first motorized vehicle the department used.

The museum’s website states that they  “plan to incorporate the past, present, and future of the Rock Hill Fire Department into a museum that has a interactive children’s learning center along with areas for public education on fire protection and prevention.”

The Rock Hill Fire Department, along with several other local organizations have been raising money since 2007 for the monumental new museum.
